The following are the products of FERN, Inc.:

- FERNCoffee, a 3-in-1 coffee blend with vitamins and minerals.
- FERN i-Flex, the natural, effective and fast acting joint health dietary supplement!
A member is an Independent Distributor who may purchase FERN products at a discount either for personal use or for resale. The minimum requirement to be a member is the purchase of three (3) products.
A FERNchise-C, on the other hand, is a member who keeps an inventory or stock of FERN products. The minimum requirement to be a FERNChise-C is a purchase of 1 cycle.
How does one become a member?
A prospective member may sign up directly at the FERN Head Office or thru any of the accredited Independent distributors/FERNchise-Cs nationwide. Call 982-FERN (3376) for details.
What is a FERNegosyante?
A FERNegosyante is a member who recruits 15 downlines or more under his Level 1.
What is the FERNegosyante Bonus Pool?
The FERNegosyante Bonus Pool is the monthly incentive that FERN gives to all FERNegosyantes. It is computed based on a member's group sales volume from his levels 1-10. It will be released to the member IF he/she has complied with the minimum maintenance of 5 boxes per month.
What is the difference between a Sponsor and an Upline?
A Sponsor is the person who introduced the FERN business to a new member. He/she will receive the Direct Override Rebate. An upline is the person to whom the new member shall be directly attached to the MLM network. The new member shall fall under the Upline's Level 1.
Can a new member be registered without a Sponsor or Upline?
NO. A new member cannot be positioned in the network without a Sponsor and/or Upline. His registration will remain pending unless the proper Sponsor & Upline have been properly identified (based on ID number).
Can the sponsor and the upline be one and the same person?
YES. We also allow a sponsor to attach the new member under anybody in his network. In this case, the Sponsor and Upline may differ.
What is 'Maintenance'?
'Maintenance' is the number of boxes of FERN Products that a member must purchase in a given month to avail of the corresponding MLM rebates earned for that month (depending on position & type of rebates).
